Author: Cheryl Trowbridge

I've been teaching Art to kids for over 20 years. There is nothing more inspiring than watching kids of all ages discover their ability to be creative! I have a degree in art and an art ed credential, but I've learned that you don't need to be an "artist" or have an art background yourself to teach the basics of art to kids. All you need are good lessons to follow (like following a recipe!) and the willingness to have fun with it! Over the years, I've developed hundreds of successful art lessons for kids, and my passion now is to make them accessible, so everyone can share the joy of art with the kids in their lives!

Welcome!

I’m Cheryl, and I’m so glad you’re here! When it comes to kids’ art, I’m a super-fan. There’s something so charming about the personality, character, and spontaneity found in the art kids create.

After teaching Art to kids in grades K and up for over 20 years, I’m excited to share all I’ve learned with YOU. It’s my passion to help teachers and families share the JOY of ART with the kids in their life. Nothing is more inspiring than watching kids of all ages discover their ability to be creative!
