Online Art Ed Conference
On January 25th, 2014, over a thousand Art teachers will join together online for The Art of Education’s Winter 2014 Online Art Ed Conference. If you’re not already one of them, why not sign up right now? It’s quick and easy to register. This is the only online conference just for Art teachers, with no traveling necessary… you can attend from home! And in case you can’t make it on the 25th, attendees will also have access to a password protected site for viewing the videos and downloading the related hand-outs for 6 months.
If you attended AOE’s first online conference last summer, then you know that this conference promises to be relevant, fast moving, and inspiring…. like TED Talks for Art teachers. Personally, I’m looking forward to hearing from some of my favorite art ed bloggers – it’s always fun to put a face with the name! There will be over 20 short-and-to-the-point presentations, with lots of valuable information. You can chat live with presenters, interact in forums, and get energized and inspired to finish your school year strong…. all from the comfort of your own home!
I’ll be presenting my “Houses of Hope” fundraiser project…. attendees will also get my 12 page pdf that explains the project in detail. I hope you’ll join me for AOE’s Winter 2014 Online Art Ed Conference. See you there!
Congrats on being a presenter at the conference; I heard the prior conference was great and I’m sure this one will be too, though I won’t be attending. I’m now retired, and while I do some after-school art enrichment with kids, most of the conference topics just don’t relate to what I’m doing these days. Have a great conference!
Yes, Phyl, the last conference was SO much fun. I just wish we had this kind of PD years ago when I was getting started! Congrats on your retirement!! :)
